The BougeRV solar array across the new hardtops on Sophisticated Lady — serious off-grid power, not a token strip along the boom.

What changed

The new hardtops aren’t just shade. Today we have 3,200W of solar installed: 2,400W of BougeRV TopCon flexible panels across the new hardtops plus 800W on the side railings, so the house bank, refrigeration, watermaker, and nav gear can run from solar on a good Caribbean day without firing the engine for a charge. This page is the look + systems story: how the tops look, and how the array sits on them.
